How it works

  • All projects begin with a consultation with us and our sample books! If you're interested in our interior design services or bespoke fitted furniture options, we will need to meet with you in person to complete a site survey so we can understand the space we are working with. At the moment, these services are limited to the North West of England.

    If you would like to have us design and handcraft a piece of bespoke freestanding furniture, like a dining table, we may be able to complete the entire process remotely, from consultation to delivery. Please let us know where you are based so we can discuss the options with you early on.

  • The design process can take anywhere from one hour to a couple of weeks. It really depends on the size of the project.

    All of our bespoke projects require an element of 3D visualisation. That's just how we work. We want you to be able to see your space elevated before proceeding.

    To begin with, we will provide you with a proposal based on the information provided during the consultation.

    Once you confirm you are happy with everything, we will move on to drawing up your design in detail.

    We will typically complete a maximum of three minor revisions to the design within our initial fee. Any major changes, like completely altering a layout, would be subject to an additional charge.

  • Like the design stage, the manufacturing stage depends solely on the size of the project.

    In our proposal, we will have provided an estimate for the manufacturing timeframe and we will do our utmost to complete the work in that time, providing there are no delays due to extenuating circumstances on the client's side or our side.

    We will share progress images (where applicable) and keep in touch with you throughout the build and to confirm certain accessibility measures closer to delivery and installation time.

  • All bespoke fitted furniture will be installed by us. Installations can take a few days depending on the size of the project, but we will endeavour to deliver and install at the most convenient time for you.

    Bespoke freestanding furniture will likely be delivered by us, but on some occasions it might be possible for us to use a third party courier service, in which case the details will be discussed with you ahead of time.
