Our Sustainability Goals at RK Studio

At RK Studio, sustainability is more than just a buzzword.

Partnering with Ecologi, we contribute to global reforestation efforts by planting trees for every piece of furniture we create. This partnership is a crucial step in offsetting our carbon footprint and giving back to the planet.

We also prioritise using responsibly sourced materials. We use FSC accredited timber and locally sourced hardwoods wherever possible to ensure that our materials align with our values. By choosing these resources, we minimise the environmental impact of our production processes while maintaining the high quality that our customers expect.

Additionally, we’re dedicated to reducing waste. We reuse as much packaging as possible, finding creative ways to repurpose materials that would otherwise be discarded. Our hardwood shavings, for instance, aren’t just thrown away—they’re saved and later incorporated into future furniture designs, embodying our commitment to resourcefulness.
